(b)Qualification requirements to be met to implement government procurement policies: If this tender involves policies such as mandatory government procurement of energy-saving products, encouragement of environmentally friendly products, support for welfare enterprises, promotion of employment for persons with disabilities, facilitation of small and medium-sized enterprise (SME) development, support for prison and drug rehabilitation enterprises, and preference for domestically produced goods, such policies shall be duly implemented accordingly.

1、预算金额及控制单价：预算金额：人民币7730000.00元（第一年）；控制单价：具体详见第三部分采购需求“11.投标分项控制单价”。注：投标人的投标单价报价超过各项控制单价的将作无效投标处理。
2、合同履约期限：服务期限：一招三年（本次预算为第一年预算，一次招标延用三年，合同一年一签。首次服务期限为合同签订之日起一年，招标人每年对中标供应商进行考核，考核合格、服务满意续签下一年服务合同；若考核不合格、服务不满意，招标人有权终止服务合同，则不再续签下一年的服务合同）。

2Contract Performance Period:Service Term: One tender award covering a three-year period (this budget is for the first year; a single tender award applies for three years, with the contract renewed annually on a one-year basis). The initial service term shall be one year starting from the contract signing date. The Tenderee will assess the winning bidder annually. If the assessment is satisfactory and the service is acceptable, the service contract will be renewed for the following year. If the assessment is unsatisfactory or the service is unacceptable, the Tenderee has the right to terminate the service contract and shall not renew it for the following year.
